As one of several dining options on the expansive 1.65-million-square-foot campus, it provides tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community with a welcoming space to enjoy high-quality food and beverages. ML Group acted as the General Contractor for the project, collaborating closely with Fairgrounds and Somerset Development to bring the space to life. The construction process required transforming an empty shell into a functional and inviting venue.
