The client’s original design, created by an out-of-state architect, was never constructed because it exceeded the budget due to extensive structural modifications required. ML Group stepped in to reimagine the design, creating a layout that maintained the client’s programmatic goals while working within the existing structure of the space. By limiting the need for unnecessary costly structural changes, we aligned the project with the budget without compromising the overall vision or necessitating material or finish reductions through value engineering (VE).
The new design delivered a thoughtful balance of elegance and versatility. We created timeless interiors for the ballrooms, lobby, and lounges, ensuring that the space could stand alone as a stunning venue or serve as a blank canvas for third-party designers and event stylists. With a traditional yet simple aesthetic, the design allows for many events, from lavish celebrations to intimate gatherings. High-quality materials, refined finishes, and attention to detail make the interiors functional and inviting, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.
